| Redesign: repositioning through design & planning

At Redesign Group, we approach every project with a shift in mindset: moving beyond traditional design lead solutions and take into consideration the needs of our clients business both on a commercial and functional objectives- commercially lead design.

This means designing from the perspective of the customer and team functions, placing experience, operational efficiencies and speed of service at the centre of every design decision.

This human-centric approach is fundamental to how we work.

We begin by analysing the existing operations for F+B, Retail or Hospitality in full consultation with the client to reviewing performance, customer flows, dwell times and friction points across the end-to-end journey. Combined with broader insights from placemaking, design strategy, and consumer trends, we define clear customer profiles, demographics, needs and expectations for long term efficient planning.
This analysis forms a compelling vision and a set of strategic objectives that guide all planning and design solutions.

Drawing on Redesign Group’s expertise in architecture, interior design, branding, and experience design, we ensure that every element works cohesively- creating environments that are not only commercially successful but also memorable and intuitive for users.

The result is a curated, future-proof portfolio rather than a collection of standalone units.

A key strength of Redesign Group lies in connecting disciplines and stakeholders- our clients. We bridge the gap between landlords, operators, brands and designers—aligning commercial objectives with creative vision.

Our strategies can be further enhanced through specialised layers, including embedding sustainability into F&B and commercial concepts, developing bespoke concepts tailored to specific locations and customer profiles and supporting tender processes across multiple assets.

With a multidisciplinary team and a strong foundation in design-led thinking, Redesign Group ensures that every project delivers long-term value—commercially, operationally, and experientially.

| Redesign: repositioned through mentorship, collaboration, & discussion

A natural mentor and collaborative leader, I am driven by an objective to help people grow, professionally and personally. I thrive on unlocking the potential of individuals through empowerment, support and meaningful guidance.

My approach to leadership is founded on trust and respect, underpinned by three fundamental values: Respect, Responsibility, and Accountability, delivered with positivity in every interaction.

I believe in enabling others by providing the right tools, information and freedom to succeed. My leadership style could be likened to a “reverse bungy”… a dynamic balance of release and support.

This support empowers individuals with the autonomy to carry out their work with inputs stepping in with guidance only when needed which encourages self-discovery through thoughtful questioning rather than directive answers.

This fosters confidence, resilience and independent thinking across my teams.

I apply this to my mentoring of individuals – creating space for honest reflection, practical growth and clearer leadership and career extension thinking. The most essential part of communication- listening first. This enables the understanding of unique challenges, pressures and the ambitions each person brings, before helping them reframe how they lead, communicate and make decisions.

When working with individuals, I focus on helping them step back and reassess how they navigate through their day. I offer a supportive and open space for women who want to talk about business, career progression, life/work balance or navigating leadership paths. Whether someone is at a transition point, building confidence or exploring new opportunities, I provide thoughtful support and practical perspective to help them move forward with clarity and confidence. Asking the questions that will lead to the answers in a consultive manner.

Collaborative discussions are central to how I work and I consistently aim to elevate both individuals on their career path.

At the heart of my work is a belief that people grow best when they feel heard, challenged in the right way and supported to take meaningful action.
